Consulting ENGINEERS since 1963

Brazzaville, the capital city of the Congo Republic registered in 2007 a population of approx. 1,400,000 inhabitants. The town is currently supplied with water produced by two water treatment plants:

  • The Djoué water plant, built in 1954, located at the south of Brazzaville,
  • The Djiri water plant, built in 1986 at the north of Brazzaville

The total production capacity of these two water treatment plants does not cover the current demand of potable water for the town. Also, the water supply network does not cover all town districts, especially not the outlying ones. In order to improve the situation, investment measures of 299.5 Mio USD in rehabilitating and extending the water production and distribution have been carried out.
